Who We Are

Our passionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) staff provides 24-hour non-medical assistance to people with developmental disabilities, mental health needs, and those with dual-diagnosis disorders.  Our DSP staff makes accessing basic civil rights possible, including going to school, getting a job, and participating in the community. We provide activities of daily living including, but not be limited to:

• Assistance in dressing, grooming, bathing and other personal hygiene; 
• Assistance with taking medications and making Doctor appointments;
• Centrally storing and distribution of medications,
• Support with Incidental Medical and Dental Care Services; 
• Arrangement of and assistance with medical and dental care. 
• Maintenance of house rules for the protection of residents; 
• Supervision of resident schedules and activities; 
• Maintenance and supervision of resident monies or property; 
• Assistance with meal preparations and monitoring food intake or special diets; 
• Work alongside professional consultants  to successfully function in the society 

We understand that not one care plan fits all.  Our staff will take the time to get to know you and develop an individualized care plan that fits your specific needs with the support of the Referring Agencies. 

Ours DSPs provide the front-line support needed to carry out the objectives to help individuals live the life they want. Quality support is key to a trusted relationship with our clients.
