Who We Are
Direct Support Staff You Can Trust
Our passionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) staff provides 24-hour non-medical assistance to people with developmental disabilities, mental health needs, and those with dual-diagnosis disorders. Our DSP staff makes accessing basic civil rights possible while implementing person-centered services, including, but not limited to, supporting the individual's choice of living arrangements, choosing their school and place of employment, and participating in the community. We provide activities of daily living, including, but not limited to:
- Assistance in dressing, grooming, bathing and other personal hygiene;
- Assistance with taking medications and making Doctor appointments;
- Centrally storing and distribution of medications,
- Support with Incidental Medical and Dental Care Services;
- Arrangement of and assistance with medical and dental care.
- Maintenance of house rules for the protection of residents;
- Supervision of resident schedules and activities;
- Maintenance and supervision of resident monies or property;
- Assistance with meal preparations and monitoring food intake or special diets;
- Work alongside professional consultants to successfully function in society
